• Of note, the incident occurred on December 18, 2022 and Larry was not arrested until September 19, 2023. In the interim 9 months, he remained on probation without issue. The victims were unable to identify Larry. Nonetheless in September when detained he cooperated with police and gave a full statement.

  • The State did not pursue charges against the two equally culpable/implicated suspects.

    • Ramya Robinson was never arrested despite confessing and her fingerprints being in the suspect vehicle.

    • Quinton Charles, whose fingerprints were on the suspect vehicle and who sold the victim’s property had his case dismissed.

Officer Keneisha Morris conducted the pre-sentence investigation and recommended a 15 year sentence, which is notably under the guidelines.

Officer Morris further noted Larry appeared remorseful. She made contact with the victims, who were not physically injured, they did not wish to make statements.
